In the world of surfing today, Nathan stands alone. Raised alongside his brother John Florence on Oahu’s North Shore, his comfort in waves of consequence is matched only by his humility on land. Over the course of 2023 and early 2024, Nathan successfully navigated and scored career-defining waves on nearly every major continent, during every major swell, in a year-long run many are calling one of the greatest-ever feats in surfing. His name, upbringing, dedication to the ocean and next level testing of in water gear makes him uniquely qualified to help steward the FLORENCE brand into the future.

I’m So Happy and amped that Nathan Florence has so joined up with his Brother its Amazing for surfing and the surfing community.I Follow both Brothers john on the wsl tour and his twelve videos which so on YouTube and Nathan on YouTube as well with his podcast and as well his surfing trips to and his great Advice on surfing its wonderful to hear and got me well back into surfing and finding my passion for surfing even more and i even travelled to hawaii last year to the north shore with my wife and popped into Pyzels factory too and seen John’s boards and Nathan Big gun boards as well
Yeah Nathan, I have to say that that maybe the only surprise is that it didn’t happen sooner. Between the two of you you pretty much have the whole world of surfing covered. Welcome Nathan. Your whole fam is awesome!

Who’s only a matter of time! How long do you have to wear a hooded sun shirt inside out or so on a vans logo until you just jump ship? I guess the answer is a few years. Stoked for this.
